You asked what our favorite time of taking photos is - for me it's practically "anytime" I get out with the camera. But yes, morning have their beauty.
Thank you thank you! It helps that nature often looks great early in the morning ;-)
I do like to shoot throughout the day actually. These last couple of years I really have learned to love (harsh) midday as well. It's a different challenge. I do like sunset, but really prefer sunrise between the two (because of the quietness).
But I agree: anytime you can get out with the camera is a good time 👍
Time flies though. A couple of hours later I notice the human world waking up. Morning runners and dog walkers, people opening up shops, market people getting ready, more noise. That’s my cue to call it a day and head home.
I feel like that every time I am out early in the morning. Even if I am in the city, shooting street.
Thank you too! I think because there are (also) no people around, it is also easier to get 'cleaner' and less 'busy' compositions. Clear subjects, no distractions. I really like that :)
It pays off to get up early. Beautiful photos.
It sure does! Thanks Marcel :)
Great great GREAT photos!

You're welcome, Jerome!
Lovely, quiet scenes
It was as quiet as it looked ;-)
Lovely images, and yes that early wake up is as tough as it is worth it.
Thank you. And yes, the reward is often quite nice!
I always joked that I was up and out earlier on vacation days than I was on workdays. There's nothing like the light and quiet of early mornings.
Indeed!

That shift from quiet to busy is really noticeable. It's like the rest of the world wakes up in, like, 30 minutes or so :-)
Like the tide rolling in.
Haha yes. And you can get drowned too!
I hate getting up early, but I'm a morning girlie too!
Sometimes I really need to pull myself together to get up at these early hours. But I can't remember a single time that it wasn't worth it!
thank you for sharing!
a very early morning has benefits from a photography point of view and your photos demonstrate just that.

I love the early, quiet mornings to shoot as well!
I'm sure we are not the only ones ;-)
